INFORMATION BEFORE A DECISION
ORA Beyond Egypt: Markets and Destinations
An introduction to destinations in corporate publications, without transferring pricing or market terms between countries.
International residential development
ORA’s published portfolio includes Ayia Napa Marina in Cyprus, Eighteen in Pakistan, Silversands Villas in Grenada, BAYN in the UAE and Madinat Al Ward in Iraq. These are separate destinations, not phases of an Egyptian development.
Hospitality has a different scope
Corporate sources also describe hospitality destinations in Grenada and Greece. Keep hotel operations distinct from residential ownership when reading the group’s history. Inclusion in the portfolio does not mean this platform offers direct sales or current commercial terms at that destination.
Respecting differences between markets
For an international inquiry, start with country, intended use and product type. Currency, documents, charges, ownership rules and operation differ between markets. Request local project sources and a written offer; an Egyptian installment schedule is not a reliable estimate for another country.
Key questions
Do Egyptian project terms apply overseas?
No. Each market and development has its own terms and documents.
